Howdy all, Futariuum’s Gate followers!
We’ve got a bite-sized update for you all as a stocking stuffer for the holiday season! We’ve received a lot of feedback from the release of v0.40, and as we continue to work hard on the next content-rich update of Futariuum’s Gate, we wanted to show our gratitude with a handful of stuff for you to enjoy!
📝 Features Overview:
- A brand-new, Christmas-themed outfit for Maya, which can be used in battle!
- A new Boss Demon, called “Blaze”. Defeat her burning desire and check out her new scorching-hot sex scene!
- Six new dungeons, with randomized layouts. Boss Demon “Blaze” can appear in these, as well as all the other Demons you’ve fought in the previous versions!
- 2 new cards for you to use and one as an unplayable card belonging to the Boss Demon “Blaze”!
- Chime now has banter and a functional store. Speak to Chime and see short conversations to get a little look into her personality and see what she has to negotiate!

- Added 6 new repeatable dungeons, each with several variants.
- Added a death system to the repeatable dungeons: now there's a chance that when you die, you'll unlock new cards.
- Introduced the outfit mechanic: Each outfit now provides specific bonuses for Maya.
- The demon boss Blaze has been strengthened: Their attack power, block, and HP have been increased.
- Made several fixes to the previous dungeons.

- Added a quest notification icon above the quest menu icon, which appears whenever a new quest is added.
- Added a visual slash/attack effect that appears on the character sprite whenever a character takes damage.
- Added a quick access button to transport the player to Chime’s Store.
- Added dialogues for Chime.
- Added more transition animations for Maya’s portrait.
- Added 4 new achievements (Steam only).
- Added keyboard-only functionality. Use the "D" key to open the deck menu.
⚡ Fixes ⚡

- Added a reward for the first Lesser Demon.
- Made several fixes to previous cards.
- The Thunder Spear card has been balanced, now dealing 14 damage with a cost of 50 mana, and the cost is displayed on the card.
- The uses of the Sanguination card will now reset before each battle.
- Belial Nerf:
- In her first battle on normal difficulty, Belial's HP has been reduced from 125 to 100.
- In her second battle, her attack power has been lowered from 15 to 14, but only if the difficulty is not set to easy.
- The battle now ends with a new transition and visual effect before going to the rewards screen.
- Added missing stars to some of the cards.
- Fixed card label from “attack” to “skill” for the Earthquake and Chaos Breaker cards.
- Fixed keymaps for the dorms.
- Updated the walkthrough (Utility Pack DLC).
- Updated the Art Pack DLC.
- Made several fixes throughout the game.
