[Patch Note] Autoloader can now be filled up before Mission

1. series can be filled with Ammo Boxes and shells from the warehouse before the tour starts. (old archive needs to be re-saved with the outpost configuration to take effect)

1. can be upgraded into under Command Mode. Removed the event simultaneously.

7.Optimized the Tour Preparation by placing insurance pop-up into Operatives confirmation page with a text promt.
8.Optimized the experience of Medical Center during the mission. One character can survive upon the first arrival at Medical Center.
9.Optimized some interactive interfaces where the displayed information did not match the actual function.
