We are happy to announce that StarRupture Early Access Update 1 will arrive on Steam on April 9th, 2026.
Update 1 brings tons of brand-new content & in-game mechanics changes, including:
- Increased Map Size with New Unlockable Zones & Points of Interest
- 2 New Resources
- New Feature: Zipline
- New Feature: Development Station
- 6 New Higher Tier Buildings
- 9 New Buildings
- New Feature: Wildlife
- New Expanded Corporation Levels & Rewards
- New production pipelines with over 40+ new items and recipes
Update 1 will also include a multitude of fixes and improvements based on the feedback you have kindly provided us via our official support page, the Steam forum, and our official Reddit & Discord communities. Thank you!
A friendly reminder for Public Test Branch players:
- The Public Test Branch will be closed alongside the official release of Update 1.
- Saves made on the Public Test Branch won’t be compatible with the standard build when Update 1 launches.
We can’t wait for you to jump into the new content, explore the new available areas, and try out the new features in action. We’ll see you on April 9th in StarRupture Update 1.
