Here is a little end of month update to show you the progress that has been made for the next big content drop. Expect everything here to be up and live within the next couple of weeks.
First off, let’s talk about the new map being worked on.
This new, and challenging map will prove to be an uphill battle for survival, quite literally in fact. The screenshots shown may be somewhat familiar if you have played this before.

That's right, this was the shack level that you find yourself in now when you want to load up a level. It has now been converted into a proper map, where the goal is to collect parts for your broken down car, and to find a way to break open the gate to escape.
Not only that, but there will be another version of this level, coming with this update, which brings me to my next exciting content announcement...
Are you a hardened gamer? Do you find the current levels too easy, and trivial? Well, try out nightmare mode, where surviving is going to be a... well, a nightmare.

With the screenshot provided, you're going to be stuck in the dark, with only your trusty flashlight to guide you through this challenge. Some of the differences included in this game mode includes:
Completing this mode will truly show that you have what it takes to be on the leader boards. As a matter of fact, the better you perform during your game will net you bonus points, which brings me to my next point...
Medals
Medals are minor milestones that you will passively achieve during your gameplay. These medals will reward you bonus points that will boost you up on the score board. There are different tiers of medals, each one earning you even more bonus points. They include...

This new feature will encourage you to take that risk of trying to survive at least one more round before initiating the finale. Will you risk it all to earn that little bit extra?
It doesn’t matter who you are, or what kind of gun-nut you may be, the Bandit-machine-gun (BMG) will guarantee that it will deliver satisfying fire-power, now matter what the situation may be.

This erratic, high fire-power, bullet spraying manic will be a roadblock for anyone, or anything, trying to pursue you. Just keep in mind, that when you do get you hands on it, to not keep the trigger held down for too long. You may just end up firing into the roof.
For a while, since first designing this game, I've always knew that looking for a reason to play a game at least once is an important aspect. What is more important however, is having a reason to launch the game a second time, and playing it again.
With this new update, you will acquire experience points with every attempt in survival mode. The better you perform, and the more medals you earn, will shoot you up the many new ranks that will be introduced to TC:WA.
Not only that, but we're introducing credits as well; a currency that you'll earn with every completion of a level, whether you either die, or succeed, you'll get a little something out of it.
With this update, you'll be able to buy a few things to make your profile look better, along with some weapon skins to boot. It may be minor for now, but this new system will benefit you greatly in further updates in the future.
Thank you for reading. I look forward in sharing this update with you all very soon. Thank you for the support and the kind words that I have read from some people.
Have a good weekend.
Mr. Ox.
