Window Transparency, Editable Chat Messages, File Association Settings, Report

Hello! 你好!Updates, as usual they're heavily based on user feedback/ideas (particularly from our Discord server - so thank you!):

• Window Opacity: You can now change the transparency of your window under "Settings > Theme", allowing you to see behind the app (just make sure to make the custom background transparent too if you do so). Thanks nbmeowcatz@ for the idea.

• Editable Chat Messages: You can edit your chat messages, thanks sbty@ for the idea.

• File association settings (e.g. .mid open from File Explorer) - thanks noakopiano@ for the feedback on this

• Report user: You can now report users who break rules by clicking on their profile.

• Hide Multiplayer Cursor: Option to hide other cursors under Settings > UI > Multiplayer. Thanks quint@ and xurcs@ for the idea.

• Multiplayer Adjust Volume For Self: Not only can you adjust other player volumes, now you can adjust your own during the multiplayer room for more control. Thanks bobberyross@ for the idea.

• Fixes/optimizations.
