MIDI Bluetooth, Soft Pedal, Notebeam Texture, Stay On Top, Keep Awake & more!

Bluetooth MIDI on Windows: Direct support for Bluetooth MIDI for Windows platform. This is an alternative to using USB-B as a minority of users had trouble using USB-B or they didn't have the cable. USB-B is still preferred.
Soft Pedal on QWERTY: Added in Settings > Shortcuts > Pedal (and Settings > UI to show this).
Notebeam Texture: Under Settings > Theme > Notebeam Texture, you can add a custom secondary texture to notebeams. This is different to the Notebeam Style.
Stay On Top: Under Settings > UI > Top Bar, a new setting to pin the application so that it won't minimize.
Keep Monitor Awake: Added Settings > System > Performance > Keep Screen Awake, defaulting to 5 minutes (the timer resets whenever MIDI input is pressed), to force keeping monitors awake for users that have trouble with this especially if they use MIDI.
New Moderator: Congrats to Zanubis@, a very active member of the community, now promoted to Trial Mod - our first trial moderator and may later be promoted to moderator if both we and Zanubis deems a good fit. There were many great mod applications that current staff decided, so we will definitely consider the existing mod applications when the time is right (i.e. the old applications will still be kept under record) but we won't rush into it due to PianoGlow still being in Early Access.
Fixes and smaller changes:
Linux fixes: Linux is still very early as it's only been out for a week, so there will be some issues, but continued fixes will apply there (please email [email protected] if you have issues on the Linux). As recommended by Steam themselves, ensure you installed Steam via the official deb package and not other ways, to ensure maximum compatibility across all your Steam games on Linux.
Fixed the odd gap in the middle of the piano.
Fixed repeated notes audio where a lower velocity note cut off the same note's velocity.
MIDI Looper now takes into account VST, not just custom SoundFonts.
VST has minimize button.
5 Letters game mode now defaults to words that are more likely encountered by a good portion of native speakers, rather than very difficult words most native speakers won't know.
