Added desktop assignment support for new users. This is the default behavior found in other crosshair apps where you see a crosshair on your desktop. The recommended method remains assigning per game... unless you like always seeing a crosshair ;)
Also 2 new languages, socials, and a review nag as part of a broader marketing push for YoloX.
Otherwise the usual fixes and polish.
