Small hotfix to address issues found within the most recent update
Fixes
- Traffic stop didn't work for client players
- AI traffic spawner could freeze when player joining a server
- Some audio didn't work in game (also on player cars) and sliders in Settings>Audio
- Player name tags now fade out after short time if in the camera view
