Fixed cosmetics being invisible in some scenarios

Both shotguns, but especially Double Barrel have a higher chance to one-shot kill on close range
Increased damage at medium range for Winchester
Increased Winchester accuracy in ADS
Increased arms damage multiplier - better chance at one-shot kill with Boys AT
Decreased legs damage multiplier
We are still working on fixing occasional server crashes and planning to improve position synchronization to prevent player teleportation.
