Patch Notes – Sublight Demo 0.16.4
This patch should be available shortly (if not already), a game restart and steam update will be required.
Changes
New Chain gun epic upgrade, The Phalanx.
Sitting as a direct upgrade to the Rotary Autocannon, The Phalanx gives you more pew for your turret slot.
Keen players have spotted some controller support layouts in the game.
This isn't finished yet, but feedback is welcome if you want to give it a go!
(Full steamdeck support is the goal)
Fixes
Fixed crashes on the ground level when spawning Animated walkers.
Dots Animation systems are hard, who knew.Performance improvements for all processors.
Fixed some hard crashes on linux devices.
Known Issues
Some users are reporting some performance issues, try checking the unlimited FPS setting for now but I'll continue to look into performance checks
