I don't write updates here often, so I didn't announce here before it happened - sorry! - but HF2 had a booth at Evo along with 13 other indie games!
It was an exhausting yet fun three days. We ran a booth bracket that capped out at 32 entrants (with more on the waitlist) which was amazing. Thanks to everyone that joined! VOD upload of the top 4 matches soon.
I'm glad to have gone and experienced so many people enjoy the game - I believe in it more than ever now.
Sorry for the repeated delays! Please bear in mind that I'm mostly a solo developer and filling the game with enough content + ensuring a rock solid online experience takes a lot of time (sometimes things don't go as planned).
I'm planning for a definitive release window of Early 2026, latest around June. I debated an Early Access release but I'd rather it come out as a complete product to ensure a healthy playerbase when it launches. There will be a demo and Next Fest entry before launch - I'll have more details when the time comes.
