Patch 1.0.4

Today's patch comes with a few more fixes to game crashing bugs and a new combat speed feature to help with super long combats that even at double speed drag for too long.

Changes

  • Combats that last for 60+ seconds can now be played at triple speed. This should mitigate the real time it takes for combats that go for hundreds of even more than a thousand seconds, which is usually due to having 2 super tanks fighting each other.

  • The Undertaker now has 30 base Attack Damage (from 20). This should prevent him from losing the early 1v1s.

  • The "abandon" button in the pause menu has been renamed to "exit" to avoid players from thinking that their runs will be completely lost. The tooltip that clarifies how runs are saved is still there.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the first zone was not clickable and showed a "locked" tooltip after completing the tutorial.

  • Fixed a bug where losing against the zone 4 boss caused the game to freeze.

  • Fixed a bug where using 2 or more Sphinx spells against a single enemy caused the combat to never start.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the +3 reservation spells to not grant the traits on reserve.

  • Fixed a text glitch on mastery tooltip descriptions about "influence".

We wanted to release the x3 speed feature sooner rather than later, but we'll keep looking at how it feels for players to see if it needs further adjustments.

We're also preparing a patch with improvements for rerolls and boss chests, that will probably come in the next patch. And don't worry, we're still working on the "flee from combat" and "character commands" features for the following days.

Thanks for all the feedback, and have fun in the Underboard!

This is intended to have a more distinct separation between the early, mid and late parts of the progression curve in an endless run: · Zones 1-4 serve as the early part of the run where you should have plenty of time to build a starting team. · Zones 5…Game update18 Aug 2026Patch 1.2.4Endless Runs Changes We want to have a difficulty cap in endless runs to serve as a benchmark for your teams and a good stopping point if you only care about beating the content. The thing is that some players want to keep going after that to min max their teams, but we felt the difficulty cap didn't provide enough increase in difficulty for those players. Nerfing player power across the board…
