Hello Marble Players.

Some know me IRL but to others, Hi I'm Paradox or some call me Para for short. I am the Developer of Marble Simulation and this is my first published game. This game wasn't meant to be taken seriously as I want to see what publishing a game would look like. But now that there are people asking me about Marble Simulation and if I'm still working on it. I decided to put my head to the grindstone and give the game its proper love and attention.

So, let me start off with the obvious question, Is the game Abandoned? No, Far from it. I been working on this game Day and night since the release. There's a lot of changes and content added to the game and due to the sheer amount of additions Its taking longer than I would like. This is why some heard nothing but dead silence from me. However, I'm just about done with setting up everything and getting this game updated. I got a few testers helping me along the way, but again this takes time.

So to make sure my words hold weight, are here is an overview of what's being added to the game. Please note that I am given a overview summary and glossing over a lot of stuff. I will go In full detail when the game gets updated

More Stages

There will be 50 more stages added to the game with a new Eden boss at the end.

GAME MODES

There are 5 Game Modes added to this game, these goes as follows:

Boss Attack: Fight stronger versions of the bosses in the campaign

Boss Rush: Fight Every boss in the campaign till you die

Marble Maze: Maze levels with various difficulties

Pac Marble: Simulated version of Pac-Man

Lost Element: Powerups and effects In boss form

This Games Modes are Level Locked. Need to clear Stage 25 and 50 to have access to all of them.
Here are some screenshots for these game modes:

You will notice that new bosses exist now switch leads into my next set of nightmares being added into the game.

New Bosses

There are a lot of bosses being added to the game(I have a thing for bosses don't judge me). Some in the game modes and in the campaign.
However, Not going to list them all here but I will discuss other additions that will cause some boss encounters

Infiltrator, Failure Counter, and Status Effect Systems

I'll keep this short and sweet about what these are:

Status Effects: There are 5 new status effects that can ruin your day

Infiltrator System: Every 10 Levels there is a high chance that an encounter of The Infiltrator will happen. Failing to defeat the Infiltrator will cause the Infiltrator level to rise effecting your campaign runs

Failure System: Every 50 deaths in the campaign you will meet The Purger. A very difficult boss that isn't meant to be defeated but possible.

Along with other stuff like skins, trails, and special encounters, there's a lot in this game that needs to be tested and adjusted on top of optimizations (which is a pain in the rear). For now hope that clear up the state of where this game is headed. This is my first game, so I don't expect this game to be grand standing and free of any bugs. I will do what I can to make this game as clean and in working order as I can. I'm not a fan of giving a date of when an update will come unless I'm completely certain it will happen, so I won't. However, after this game gets updated, other than bug fixes and adjustments I won't touch the game for a long while as I'm working on other projects. Plus I got college and a full time job. But for now, if you enjoyed the game so far I appreciate the support and look forward to making more games in the future.
