Steam PCVR Update 540003

Updated "No supported VR Device (Head Mounted Display) found." dialog. It now alerts the player of more details regarding their XR configuration for better troubleshooting/support and allows the player to optionally continue play with an unsupported configuration
Addressed game freezing issue that could occur with Vive Facial Tracking OpenXR API Layer enabled. It is still recommended to turn the Vive Facial Tracking OpenXR API Layer off, especially if not actively using a Vive headset
Added two launch options for Steam library launch:
Steam OpenXR Mode (Steam Link Compatible) - Steam Link and currently unsupported headsets should choose this
Meta XR Mode - Meta Quest users should choose this

Note - If one option does not work for you, try the other
