This week's update temporarily plugs the new parts valve and adds the ability to disable fog of war in custom difficulty settings. In addition parts not yet discovered will have "Undiscovered" among other fixes!

2.27.0

Major Features

  • Added a custom difficulty setting for disabling fog of war. Disabling fog of war increases enemy detection range by 50% over their visibility range stat. Enemies will more slowly detect targets beyond their unmodified visibility range.

Minor Features

  • Parts that have not been added to the codex will appear with "Undiscovered" in their description.

  • Changed the lightweight part enhancement to only apply to legs and torsos.

  • Builds with slow resistance will decrease the slowing effect of knocking down trees.

  • Adjusted the continue campaign button to always be visible and display a message indicating that no save exists when the campaign cannot be continued.

  • Relabeled the start campaign button to "Select Campaign".

Fixes

  • Fixed certain melee weapons attacking in the wrong direction when held in the left hand.

  • Fixed control group toggle settings not saving properly.

  • Fixed control groups on parts that were never equipped defaulting to weird values when equipped after loading a save. This fix only applies to saves created after this update.

  • Fixed shields taking damage in the testing grounds from AoE attacks.
