Money numbers now are bigger if they are high
Added "thank you for playing" to the demo end screen. So for all who have played already: Thank you
Game now notifies you that you can change the visuals, this goes away after 2 deaths
Added text to indicate that you reached the final demo boss
Changed some text in the options menu for clarification.
