Fix intermittent broken interactibles in Statehelm
Increase nighttime brightness of Statehelm
Fix for camera offsets in some animal forms (particularly fox and owl)
Fix item compare tooltip showing the wrong text
Fix the character create screen showing "RacialValue" and "SkinDetail" instead of the correct labels
fix bug with Landri the Cold not offering training
fix: Rebeccah the Whisperer no longer requires advanced bard-school training to train basic glassblowing recipes
