Added all the missing localized texts for Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean and German.
Added more maximum FPS options in the settings menu. This now includes multiple common ones from the 30-240 range.
Added a v-sync toggle in the settings menu.
All Ranged Hits, Melee Hits and Flanking Attacks are now logged in the combat summary details even if the character has no relevant modifiers to scale these interactions. This makes masteries requiring an amount of these easier to unlock.
Fixed the masteries inventory row display. The menu now correctly adapts to the amount of masteries equipped.
