Greetings Mubs, you're reading the latest news about Minigame Madness V0.14.1! This bi-weekly update we've the long-awaited Condo furniture painting feature, a new Football Fever kick-off & more! 🤩

🕹️ Minigame Changes
🧊 Crumble Crisis
The Crumble Crisis map was designed back in 2020 before we had size-standards. We've now shrunk the map to match the other maps:
Keeping the crumbling mechanics the same (permanently crumbled) would be problematic at this size: a single player would crumble the entire map in 20 seconds, let alone 16 players! This is why we changed the ice to slowly come back up, creating a "tail" of crumbled ice that follows all players, similar to the classic game Snake! 🐍
This "tail" of ice increases in length over time, therefore dynamically increasing the difficulty of the minigame over time, as is the norm in our games. 🫡
This implementation paves the way for Crumble Crisis to become solo-able, just like the classic Snake game is singleplayer well. We still have a LOT of balancing left to do, so for now it remains multiplayer though! 🧐
⚽️ Football Fever
The kick-offs in Football Fever often felt buggy due to players from all sides walking into the ball at the EXACT same time, causing the ball to get stuck in the middle of everyone. To help prevent this, we now shoot the ball into the air at the start of the game, adding a layer of skill to the kick-offs and decreasing the amount of collisions at the start, therefore hopefully reducing weirdness at the start of matches! ⚽
🏠 Condo Changes
🌈 Furniture Painting
To help you make your Condo feel uniquely yours, we've finally added the ability to paint furniture! In the furniture inventory you can now select a color, just like you would when selecting a color for clothes! 🤩🎨
The possibilities added by this feature are literally endless! Here are some examples:
Lights can be colored by painting their secondary color, and if you make the secondary color black, it will turn the lamp off! 💡
Vending Machines and Presents both give gadgets to players upon walking into them, and these gadgets will also be colored accordingly to the paint. 🎉
