Respite Games is proud to announce our first game: Station Command! In a far future corporate dystopia, you’ve been assigned as the new Commander of Watchpoint Station. Your job is simple: restore order to the system and ensure nearby mining operations go unhindered. Just watch out for pirates, rival corporations, unionizing workers, rouge VIs, and worst of all, performance reviews.Design Your Ships: As Commander, you’ll decide what ships to bring to every mission. Equip them with a wide variety of equipment or create your own custom items that perfectly match your strategy. Just make sure you don’t violate too many copyrights.Manage Your Crew: A wide cast of characters awaits you and your decisions. Manage your relationships and crew carefully as your choices will radically change the fate of Watchpoint and everyone on it.Command Your Fleet: Engage in turn-based combat as you issue tactical commands to your fleet. Expand your options as both you and your fleet grow in size and ability. Customize your abilities with special upgrades based on your choices and prove yourself as a Commander.Salvage Everything: Every item and ship you defeat can be salvaged and repurposed by your fleet. Reverse-engineer your foe’s greatest weapons and make them your own. Equip your ships with salvage equipment to bring home even more loot. Just make sure you still bring enough gear to actually win fights. We’re thrilled to show you more in the months to come, so follow and wishlist to learn more!

Releasing in Early Access gives us a chance to hear early feedback and make any pivots we need to, but outside of something…Community9 Sep 2026Dev Diary #5 - CombatCombat is the core of our game. Whether you're fighting pirates, a corrupt manager, rival mining corps, <REDACTED>, or even <REDACTED>, most of our gameplay is combat. If you've played our demo, you've seen how our combat works at a basic level. The mix of turn based strategy and auto-battler we think is pretty unique, but it's also relatively simple. And that's a good thing! That's an intentio…Community31 Jul 2026Dev Diary #4 - ChoicesLet's talk about choices. As better designers than me have pointed out , they're the core of what makes up any game. We've already talked about a lot of mechanical choices you'll be making in previous diaries. Today I want to focus on the narrative choices you'll be making. Some of these are what you would expect. Characters offer you a clear choice, you pick one. Good and bad things happen bas…
