Negotiation is a key part of Car Rental Simulator. You might have a great car and a solid offer, but that doesn’t mean clients won’t try to get a better deal. Everyone wants to pay a little less if they can.
That’s where your decisions come in. Do you stick to your price and risk losing the customer, or do you give in a bit and close the deal? Finding the right balance is what makes each interaction feel different.
Our system is built around a simple but important element - the customer’s patience. In the negotiation window, you’ll see an indicator that reflects how the client is feeling during the negotiation. Push too hard, and their patience will start to drop. If it runs out, they’ll walk away. At the same time, we want negotiations to feel natural and intuitive, without overwhelming or stressing the player. It’s about reading the situation, making small adjustments, and finding a comfortable middle ground.
If you manage to do that, you’ll successfully close the deal and complete the rental.
The goal is to make negotiations feel like a natural part of running your business - where every decision carries a bit of risk, but stays approachable and enjoyable.
