A full season runs about 4 months. We're doing it in one week. Progression and unlocks are accelerated so you can actually see how everything connects. Sectors, planets, pylons, exploration. Every mission feeds the system. This will help players see how their actions affect all in the Universe, and also helps the team stress test progression and make sure all the systems are nice and oiled.
We also built new in-game UI that shows all system progression data and milestones so you can watch the solar system map evolve as it happens, and get updates every time you log in. We also have implemented a way for the game to push milestones in progression to our Discord too, with credit going to whoever pulled it off. One week. Then it resets. March 11-18.
