No more thirst from frostbite debuffs.
Fixed Monsters with Sleepless tags never sleep when tamed.
#BUGFIX
Fixed releasing tamed animal/monster did not clear up the slot. "/tame_clear" command force-clears up the list as well.
Fixed speed buff on road tile not being applied correctly while you are riding on a mount.
