Finally finished off the second tutorial, which will now guide you through the entire first level instead of just telling you the basics.
This ends the demo at the moment, but I'll be adding a few more levels to make up for it.

Hide exfil requirements during tutorial.
Exfil isn't talked about when returning from tutorial after planet.
Game will now check to make sure that the brief has played when loading.
Second tutorial is now in place which guides you through the first exfil.
This will mean we'll need some extra levels after the first.
