For the past few weeks, I've been focused on creating content for the game. One of the biggest changes has been reworking the masterpiece selection screen to incorporate collections. It was a significant redesign. Players now select a collection before selecting a painting.
Some other updates:
A modifier system has been implemented. Now, the game allows different modifiers to be added for local multiplayer games (and online multiplayer in the future). Now to make modifiers!
I've added a fair amount of polish/effects (e.g., sound and visual fx for accuracy bar, screen shake on grades, new highlight shaders for selection screen, new play button and shader, subtle pop animation on brushes...)
Post-round painting statistics have been designed, yet to be implemented.
10 new ones! Many were determined by filling out collections. I made a lot of progress filling out Neoclassical, Fauvism, and Realism collections.
Sistine Madonna by Raphael (Renaissance)
Cornelia, Mother of the Gracchi by Angelica Kauffman (Neoclassical)
Oedipus and the Sphinx by Ingres (Neoclassical)
The Green Stripe by Matisse (Fauvism)
The Fifer by Manet (Realism)
Portrait of Wally by Egon Schiele (Expressionism)
Charring Cross Bridge by Andre Derain (Fauvism)
The Gleaners by Jean-François Millet (Realism)
Sudden Shower Over Shin-Ōhashi by Hiroshige (Ukiyo-e)
Plum Garden at Kameido, Utagawa Hiroshige (Ukiyo-e)
