You can reduce the UI and font scale below 100% (experimental) by directly editing EmpiresKingdoms\\OPTIONS.TXT. Set GlobalUIScale and GlobalFontScale to values below 1000. It is recommended not to go below 850.

Regions and buildings
Fixed an issue where the Large Concentric Castle required a barbican as a mandatory prerequisite
Structures upgraded from another will not be cancelled even if available slots are 0
Fixed an extra link near Trebizond Buildings with a mandatory in-situ resource will check for it in setup
Diplomacy
It is now much harder to make a nation larger than yours become your vassal, with a strong penalty if the Realm Tier differs and the requester is less advanced than the target
Fix to a rare bug when the HRE Emperor gets vassals when DOW’ed
