Exploring (some of) the Chaotic Locations in Task Time!

Hello Tasklings!

So far, you have spent four days causing chaos across the three locations available in the Task Time playtest: Shapely Shores, Shop'n'Pop Mall, and Taskling High. Each location is packed with interactive objects, unique decorations, and countless rooms to explore... but I'm sure you already know that.

In the limited time you have available to complete each task however, you might not get the chance to appreciate all of the quirks and hidden gems a location has to offer. Instead, you probably see something a bit like this:

That's why today we thought we'd slow things down, and take a closer look at each of the maps available in Task Time.

Shapely Shores

The coastal town of Shapely Shores let you dip your Taskling in the water, play volleyball on the beach, stand on the rooftops, or explore the insides of buildings including different homes, a police station and the bar.

Shop'n'Pop Mall

The Shop'n'Pop mall is filled to the brim with various shops, food stalls and even a cinema to explore. Set across two floors, all paths lead to the centre where you will find a giant cubey statue, carrying the weight of a golden sphere.

Taskling High

The vibrant school location features a a whole range of classrooms to explore, as well as outdoor playing fields, a gym, a cafeteria, and even a swimming pool (water not included).

If you haven't dived in to the Task Time playtest yet, you still can! All you need to do is head to the Task Time Steam page, click "Request Access" and then when you have access, simply download the playtest!

What's your favourite map to compete across? Let us know in the comments below!
