Bringing More Life Into the Void - Devlog #1

Hey everyone! 👋

We’ve been focusing on visual motion and feedback to make the game world feel more dynamic and alive. We really don’t want the space battlefield to look dull or static, especially in the later, more chaotic waves.

Here’s what’s new:

Gatling Tower

Now fully rotates while firing!
It finally feels like a proper rotary machine gun, spinning up and raining bullets across the stars.

Nuker Tower

the cannon now moves up and down when firing, giving that satisfying feeling of weight and power behind every shot.

Camera angle improvements

We slightly adjusted the tilt for more depth and a better view of all the action happening around the Core.

Extra polish

Enhanced muzzle flashes, improved projectile trails, subtle recoil movements, and small explosion particles make the whole scene feel more alive and reactive.

All these small touches combine into something much more vibrant the entire space scene finally feels full of motion and energy
