New relic "Red Dragon" : all fire damage is doubled (towers, sun flower trees, red friendly ghosts).
New relic "Pastor" : permanent hexes a mob every 5 seconds (can't target final boss).
Sun Flower tree:
fix skilling slow/burn wasn't being applied instantly (it was being applied on next wave).
raised slow and burn max skill points from 5 to 15.
Golden Apple tree: raised more apples skill max points from 10 to 20.
Fix double red friendly ghost effect not being applied.
