I’m Ernani, Lead Designer and Producer at Turtle Juice and I’m excited to finally introduce our latest game - MECHBORN. We’re a 23-person Brazilian indie team spread across the country, from Bahia to São Paulo, but we’re all united by the same goal: bringing MECHBORN to life! MECHBORN is a roguelike deckbuilder inspired by Greek mythology and classic ’90s mech anime. It’s set in a near future where Earth and its colonies are under siege by a massive Kaiju invasion. You’ll fight your way across three dangerous continents, facing everything from swarming lesser Kaiju to towering, mech-crushing elites.
You’ll customize powerful mechs by swapping parts that shape your deck and playstyle, while pilots bring unique skills that charge as you play cards. Combat uses a 'Conveyor-Belt System' instead of a normal hand, making positioning and timing just as important as damage. Between battles, exploration is fully open; choose your own path through changing events, factions and encounters that make every run feel fresh and replayable.
