Playtest #37 - Survive the Onslaught!

After a great playtest during the new year period, we are back again with a more focussed playtest. We went heavily in on the framework for our single player content and have also introduced a new mode called Onslaught which is both a single player and coop mode. Finally, we have also introduced the ability to run the game in offline mode and game pause.

Players will notice that content wise this playtest is more locked down and lean (especially in loadouts and customisation). This is because we really want to nail down some decent content to present as a fully playable demo during the Next Fest on Steam running June 15th to 22nd.

Another big thing which we wanted to address was performance and optimisation (which is still ongoing). We have made some considerable optimisations to the game, which has allowed us to really nail down a build that should perform well on systems that may have previously struggled and even runs nicely on Steam Deck. We will be doing our best to get Steam Deck verified in the near future so keep an eye out for that (this also means full controller support is being implemented).

With that out of the way, we hope you get some time to check out the playtest and have some fun. Invite your friends and enjoy the playtest until April 10th. Whether solo, coop or pvp - we hope you enjoy this playtest!

From March 27th until April 10th:

  • Solo, Coop and P2P will be available 24/7.

  • Events, community discussions, polls and LFG channels can be found via the Community Discord.

Everyone is welcome to Request Access and participate in any or all playtests. Please also Wishlist the game if you enjoy it or want to keep up to date on its progress, as this helps us a lot.
