Stealth and Camouflage cooldowns reduced to 10s
Hunters can now cast self buffs while stealthed
Ranger's Precision and Rush buffs can now be cast while moving
Added back the 20% stun chance to Precise Shot skill
Fixed a bug with scrolling the leaderboard. The leaderboard is limited to the top 20 players in each faction.
