Added new endgame armor sets for both factions:
Coalition: Arclight armor (Light / Medium / Heavy)
Lumen: Demon Hunter armor (Light / Medium / Heavy)
Fetch skill now also affects characters on a mount
Fixed a bug with the Auction House not displaying items from certain categories
Fixed a bug where it was not possible to accept a new daily quest at certain times
Fixed a bug where bounties occasionally did not get removed from the list after completion
