Hello folks

We just wanted to say another huge thank you to the entire community. We’re entirely blown away by how awesome the folks have been with reviews and the like.

That fact we’ve gone from 28% positive reviews, up to 62% at the time of writing, is truly like a dream.

I also wanted to mention we’ve got a new ticketing system implemented. While this isn’t the fix I wish i was announcing right now, it’s a key tool in working out what’s happening, namely with Easy Anti Cheat (EAC).

In this case it can be accessed any time in game, via the main menus. There will be a new button called “Submit Ticket”

If you’re experiencing a bug, where you click to join a server, it loads and puts you back to the menu, please put in a ticket for this.

Part of why this bug is so bad, is the error messages are failing to fire.

This means as a player you’re getting no feedback of why its not joining, but its also harder for us to track down the problem.

Other then that any crashes, stuttering or menu issues, this is the perfect tool to help us sort them all out asap.

We’re still working away at getting the EAC issue fixed.

Primarily we’re trying to get in touch with the developers at Epic Games who own EAC, to get some info on why this is happening. As you can probably imagine, being an Anti-Cheat, they don’t exactly give you a lot of information without an insider.

We’ll have patches and more community updates coming in as we know more.

From the entire RDBK team, thank you again awesome people.

It's been a fairly long patch cycle, and we've got some good stuff to go over. We've overhauled some of the game's most foundational systems, made significant quality-of-life improvements, and taken our first real steps toward making Renown more accessible without sacrificing depth. A link to our combined patch notes, from early…Game update27 Apr 2026UI/UX De-Jank Efforts and an Update on Raid ModeHello Folks, If you've spent time in Renown, you've probably felt it. It's not any single thing that's obviously broken — more like a thousand small moments of friction that add up over a session. The building menu takes one more click than it should. Swapping weapons feels too slow. The crafting panel is hard to read until you've already clicked into it. None of these are game-killers on their…
