Fixed Dynamic FOV and Strafe Lean toggles not loading from the settings file on startup.
Replays may load a little bit faster now.

I'm also aware of a bug with borderless fullscreen that causes the window to be misaligned on startup. If you run into this bug, please let me know what sort of monitor setup you have (number of monitors, resolutions, etc.), since I've been unable to replicate it on multiple computers.
