Corrected an issue where players could hit a softlock where the exit/reroll buttons are missing after encounter selection
Encounter Changes
Merchant Discounts
Merchant Discounts are now 25% off instead of 50% off
Merchant Discounts have a higher chance of occurring
Valpak now always sells discounted items (also at 25% off)
Mountain Pass
Corrected an issue where Insect Bite and Valley Fever were no spawning from this encounter
Kyver Drone
Now has 75 Max Health (down from 100)
Item/Skill Changes
Attachment Set
Corrected an issue with Shiny Attachment Set working from Stash
Barrel Roll
Now makes both adjacent items Fly
Cake Batter
Corrected an issue where the Regen only worked with adjacent tools

Shiny now doubles cooldown reduction
