Show potion and food consumption visuals for other co-op players.
Fixed journeyman boots items not showing up in your inventory if you had obtained one.
Fixed spawning extra islands on top of each other sometimes.
Fixed the transfer all button in ship storage allowing you to store items that are not allowed, such as ships.
