Hidden Mouse
The mouse pointer was being hidden when the window was not in focus. I didn't consider the confusion this might cause. Now when the game window loses focus (i.e. if you have clicked into a different application or folder on the desktop) the Windows mouse pointer should remain visible over the game window.
