Version 0.5.06

Chapter 5 - Patch 6

Quests

  • Reworked the Quest Notification System with new graphics and sound effects!

Story

  • Renamed the Fae Kingdom to Celestria. Thank you all for your feedback, we had agreed the name needed a change, and it's now officially updated!

Player

  • Sprint (Left Stick Press): Sprint activation using the clickable left stick is now preserved across actions like jumping, crouching, attacking, or transitioning between levels. This reduces the need to press it repeatedly, making sprinting more comfortable when using the stick for movement. The D-pad double-tap sprint remains unchanged and already included this behavior.

Bosses

  • Yuson, King of Bandits: Fixed a glitch where the boss could look in the wrong direction after jumping away from the arena.
  • Fourth boss: Separated head and body armor layers in order to improve hit feedback to better communicate the effectiveness of attacks depending on the area hit.

Map

  • Added boundaries to the map navigation to prevent panning too far away from the visible map area.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where a Gemstone item would remain in the inventory after being inserted during a cutscene.
  • Gemstones must now be inserted in the correct order to preserve story progression and avoid spoilers.

Miscellaneous

  • Reviewed and improved various text entries.
  • Small visual improvements and polish to level art across several areas.
  • Minor adjustments and fixes to buttons in the Title Screen and Pause Menu.
