Adjustments:

  • All Dialogue has been reviewed and improved. Characters have more personality and the plot should be clearer.
  • The camera has been zoomed out about 10%.

Bug Fixes:

  • Base Damage minor augments now work properly in the Strike Ability.
  • You can now add the Channel augment to any Healing ability version.
  • You can now pick up items that are right behind Waypoints.
  • Improved The Coast and The WorldsEnd's Dungeons, which both had some unwalkable areas and camera-blocking issues. (More improvements coming next patch to stop some big shadows from popping in.)
  • Fixed several regions where the foliage/vegetation were not rendering.
  • Minor things like misspellings, tooltip errors, visual adjustments
  • Lots of other fixes are in the queue and will be coming in subsequent patches. Thank you for all the reports!

Freelance Mode Fixes:

  • TP-ing out of Freelance regions no longer leaves a portal in the Hub. Freelance regions restart when you leave them so that was just confusing and pointless.
  • Dying in Freelance regions and then clicking "I can't afford anything" after defeating the come-back mechanic now works properly.
  • The Hub's Atlas now properly disables The Basement button, since that should only be accessed via the Basement Door after doing the Science Station next to it.
  • The jumps between platforms in the Basement should now work consistently and properly.
  • Fixed enemy spawn issue in Freelance Region 1, The Graveyard.

MULTIPLAYER If you've ever been playing Diablo, Path of Exile, or any of the other great ARPGs in a party with your friends, and had a thought like, this could be more fun and interesting if we actually had to help each other, perhaps a bit more like an MMO-style 5-person dungeon, like World of Warcraft's, then stick around because that was the exact goal and inspiration for Ash &…
