Hotfix #3

Hi, friends!

Have you gotten used to daily hotfixes yet? Good — because we plan to keep this pace and tackle issues as quickly as we can. In this hotfix, we worked on story contradictions, an incorrect reset of hospital quests, and a couple of bugs that looked like they were added purely for absurdity (they weren’t).

Patch Notes:

  • (Important!) Fixed hospital quest resets — they now restart without errors, just like all other quests

  • Taught patient Vasily to stop teleporting onto the theatre balcony

  • Replaced a couple of icons

  • Disabled a repeated dialogue with the militiamen on Lyuricheva Street

  • Fixed the removal of a dialogue in one of the game’s latest quests

  • Fixed an issue where selected symptoms for healthy organs could be cleared in the tablet (after microscope examination)

The next hotfix is already in the works.

If you run into bugs or strange behavior, please report them in the appropriate Steam Community thread or in the relevant Discord channel/topic.

Email reports are also extremely helpful: write to us at

[email protected]

and attach the following files from your PC:

  1. Player and Player-prev logs located here:
    C:\\Users%Username%\\AppData\\LocalLow\\Ice-Pick Lodge\\Pathologic 3

  2. The problematic save file, located in:
    C:\\Users%Username%\\AppData\\LocalLow\\Ice-Pick Lodge\\Pathologic 3\\Saves\[/i]
Then open the save profile folder. There are three of them: Default (slot 1), 1 (slot 2), and 2 (slot 3).

This helps us find the problem faster and fix it sooner!

Changing the props mid-performance,
Ice-Pick Lodge

Community25 Jun 2026Pain, Difficulty, Shabnak, and Other Topics: A Pathologic 3 UpdateHello everyone! This is Alexander Souslov, producer at Ice-Pick Lodge and game designer of Pathologic 3. The studio has been quiet for a while. We needed a moment to catch our breath. The team had no New Year holidays, and frankly, no vacations at all while working on the game's updates. But we weren't silent because we were lounging on a beach, eating watermelons and baursaks (if you've never…In-game event17 Mar 2026Update #6Hi, friends! Update #6 is out. This time we tuned several noticeable things at once: improved a bunch of Mind Palaces , made the interface more flexible (all the way up to toggling the HUD with a single button), added more menu sounds — and yes, we updated the door sound when leaving the Polyhedron ! On top of that, there’s a batch of logic, visual, and performance fixes, including improvements…In-game event2 Mar 2026Update #5Hi, friends! Update #5 is here. We continue to methodically knock the weirdness out of the game: broken decrees and busted quests, doors that shouldn’t be open, districts you suddenly can’t enter, and other adventures in system logic. And we’ve finally admitted the obvious: there’s nowhere to put the pistol and the Prototype, so they now honestly sit in their proper slots. Changes: · Glued the…
