Hi, friends!

Hotfix #2 is live. In this update, we’ve addressed several frequent (and frustrating) issues — including the traders at the Warehouses, a couple of moments in the Amalgam tutorial, and of course some story logic. Thanks for the reports: you’re really helping us find and fix what’s broken faster!

This time, the changes mostly focus on story logic and small inconsistencies. Here they are:

  • Fixed an issue where traders at the Warehouses weren’t trading (lazy bunch)

  • Tweaked the Cathedral Caretaker’s placement a bit more and got rid of T-poses among the dying. On Day 3 the Warden is needed in several places at once, and those states could conflict. And he’s the one who tells us about the link between Amalgam and the euthanasia of the dying — so it’s good that he now stands where he should

  • Fixed a bug with examining the patient Oktay

  • Moved the map marker for Burakh on Day 4. It was pointing to the wrong rock — not the one where he was actually waiting

  • Added +30 minutes to the Rubin rescue timer. The poor guy already has it rough, so we’re giving him a slightly better chance

  • Significantly improved the “Mind Palaces” in Day 2 quests related to investigating Isidor’s fate. Dankovsky’s reasoning is now much more branching — and much more detective-like

  • Fixed a bunch of typos and minor text issues

The next hotfix is already in the works. If you run into bugs or weird behavior, please report them in the appropriate Steam Community thread or the relevant Discord channel/topic.

Community25 Jun 2026Pain, Difficulty, Shabnak, and Other Topics: A Pathologic 3 UpdateHello everyone! This is Alexander Souslov, producer at Ice-Pick Lodge and game designer of Pathologic 3. The studio has been quiet for a while. We needed a moment to catch our breath. The team had no New Year holidays, and frankly, no vacations at all while working on the game's updates. But we weren't silent because we were lounging on a beach, eating watermelons and baursaks (if you've never…In-game event17 Mar 2026Update #6Hi, friends! Update #6 is out. This time we tuned several noticeable things at once: improved a bunch of Mind Palaces , made the interface more flexible (all the way up to toggling the HUD with a single button), added more menu sounds — and yes, we updated the door sound when leaving the Polyhedron ! On top of that, there’s a batch of logic, visual, and performance fixes, including improvements…In-game event2 Mar 2026Update #5Hi, friends! Update #5 is here. We continue to methodically knock the weirdness out of the game: broken decrees and busted quests, doors that shouldn’t be open, districts you suddenly can’t enter, and other adventures in system logic. And we’ve finally admitted the obvious: there’s nowhere to put the pistol and the Prototype, so they now honestly sit in their proper slots. Changes: · Glued the…
