Hi friends,

With exactly one day left until the release of Pathologic 3, it’s the perfect time to talk about the best way to support us — the Supporter Bundle. This version of Pathologic 3 includes the soundtrack and a small in-game bonus (and yes, the game itself too!).

Supporter Bundle = Pathologic 3 + the Supporter Pack (details below) + the soundtrack (will be available later).

Important: this bundle is completely optional. The Supporter Pack content doesn’t affect balance, the main story, or any key choices. This “support pack” is exactly what it sounds like: a way to say an extra thank-you, if you feel like it. It’s also the official way to get the soundtrack in a convenient, listenable format.

Supporter Pack

We didn’t want the bundle to noticeably change the gameplay — but we still wanted to add something meaningful. You’ll get a new main menu background, a cosmetic item for the Stillwater — and a small dialogue that explains where they came from. It tells you a bit more about the personality and story of someone who left a visible mark on the Town.

  • Farkhad'sLamp is a unique cosmetic object for Stillwater. Like a magic lantern, projecting images onto the ceiling. The effect is purely visual.

  • Stained Glass Shards — beautiful pieces of colored glass that help you see the hidden in the Town. (Can be obtained through normal gameplay.)

  • New dialogue with Eva – she'll tell you aboutFarkhad, the lamp's maker. The architech who had built the Cathedral and the Stillwater itself changed a lot — we see the consequences of his deeds in the game. What happened to the stained glass?

  • Unique main menu screen – an alternative to the classic version.

Pathologic 3 Original Soundtrack

A digital version of the original Pathologic 3 soundtrack.

Composed by: Vasily “Mushroomer” Kashnikov, Nikolai “balin” Balinov
Includes: 66 tracks
Total length: 3 hours 12 minutes

If you decide to support us with this purchase — we’ll be deeply grateful. But either way, we’re grateful simply because you’re here.

Time to start taking your seats in the hall,

Community25 Jun 2026Pain, Difficulty, Shabnak, and Other Topics: A Pathologic 3 UpdateHello everyone! This is Alexander Souslov, producer at Ice-Pick Lodge and game designer of Pathologic 3. The studio has been quiet for a while. We needed a moment to catch our breath. The team had no New Year holidays, and frankly, no vacations at all while working on the game's updates. But we weren't silent because we were lounging on a beach, eating watermelons and baursaks (if you've never…In-game event17 Mar 2026Update #6Hi, friends! Update #6 is out. This time we tuned several noticeable things at once: improved a bunch of Mind Palaces , made the interface more flexible (all the way up to toggling the HUD with a single button), added more menu sounds — and yes, we updated the door sound when leaving the Polyhedron ! On top of that, there’s a batch of logic, visual, and performance fixes, including improvements…In-game event2 Mar 2026Update #5Hi, friends! Update #5 is here. We continue to methodically knock the weirdness out of the game: broken decrees and busted quests, doors that shouldn’t be open, districts you suddenly can’t enter, and other adventures in system logic. And we’ve finally admitted the obvious: there’s nowhere to put the pistol and the Prototype, so they now honestly sit in their proper slots. Changes: · Glued the…
