- Sunday, November 3rd: CTFDL Week 1

Moderation Changes
- Added *min - will show mineral counts by team in drop ship.
- Added *privateteams - allows private teams. Players can type ?t teamname:password
- Added *base <side> <location> - redirects A3 or D3 elevator. Ex: *base Titan 10, redirects D3 elevator to A10 base. Available bases are currently A10, C10, D8
