- Placed all bonuses at better spots.
- Made sure bonuses can be picked up even in hardcore mode.
- Reduced number of bonuses to 3 per level.

- Removed the frame cap.
- Reduced time slow factor when entering a gas bulb.
- Added a time slow when tutorial text appears on screen.

- Fixed an issue where difficulty would not update correctly in settings.
- Fixed an issue where pause menu would fail to appear.
- Fixed an issue where animations would be stuck in one state.
