November Round-Up!

Hi Creature Creators!

Welcome back to another monthly community update. November is almost over and the month really went by in the blink of an eye. Let’s see what Adapt was up to!

Indie Arena Recap

Earlier this year, we had the honour to join Indie Arena Booth and showcase our game at Gamescom 2024. This month, we got another chance to join the Indie Arena at their Recap Event on Steam for gamers to revisit some of the best indie games of 2024!

Creature showcase

As always, our community has been incredibly creative when it comes to designing new creatures. Below are a few submissions on our Discord server.

First off, we have Experiment 007 from Rumi. As the name suggests, this is actually the 7th iteration of their creature after a series of adjustments and evolution. An interesting combination of spikes and limbs. While we don’t have arms in the game yet, the front legs make a cute, arm-like addition to the animal.

Next up we have Batman’s design (no not the one from Gotham). What a mean-looking beast! The horns and tusks can certainly do some nasty damage in combat!

And finally, we have Fahrenheit’s submission. The goal is to make the goofiest possible creature here and I’d say that’s a job well done! It’s certainly looking dorky with those dangly eyes!

There are so many wonderful creations sent in by our players, it’s hard to show them all in our Steam post. If you wish to check out the other submissions or even share your own, be sure to join our Discord and send us your creature screenshots!

That’s all for this month and we shall see you in the next one. Don’t forget to follow us on TikTok, Facebook, or Twitter for Adapt's latest updates!
