v1.2 fixes a few small bugs:

Fix bug where healing would get stuck if you removed the healing input on controller.
Fix bug where the game would become unresponsive if you paused the game right after dying.
Fix bug where some Steam achievements failed to register despite the achievement being unlocked.
Add app icon.
