v1.2 fixes a few small bugs:
- Fix bug where healing would get stuck if you removed the healing input on controller.
- Fix bug where the game would become unresponsive if you paused the game right after dying.
- Fix bug where some Steam achievements failed to register despite the achievement being unlocked.
- Add app icon.
