The queue is open: I.T. Never Ends is live.

I.T. Never Ends Is Out Now. Please Report to Work.

The queue is open. The lights are flickering. V.E.R.A. is awake.

I.T. Never Ends is now available on Steam for $12.99, with a 10% launch discount.

100,000 Words. More Than 100 Endings.

I.T. Never Ends is built around choices.

Every support ticket gives you two possible responses. Those decisions affect productivity, morale, budget, network stability and the growing level of entropy inside the office. They also shape your relationships, unlock storylines and determine which version of the company you eventually discover.

The full game contains more than 100,000 written words, dozens of interconnected mysteries and more than 100 possible endings and corresponding Steam achievements.

Some endings require careful investigation across multiple runs. Others can be achieved by trusting the wrong coworker, following extremely questionable HR guidance or treating a sentient coffee machine with the respect it believes it deserves.

Your previous shifts matter. Characters remember things. Conversations change. Events you encountered during one run may reveal new choices during the next.

The office keeps records.

Actual IT Work, Unfortunately

Work involves more than answering support tickets.

You will also:

  • Route cables through increasingly hostile infrastructure

  • Diagnose packet loss and network failures

  • Filter spam before it overwhelms the company

  • Repair hardware

  • Manage server traffic

  • Investigate suspicious processes

  • Handle employee onboarding

  • Complete performance reviews

  • Interpret error messages that may be theological in nature

The minigames begin as recognizable IT tasks. They become increasingly difficult to classify as the company’s technical problems merge with its spiritual, architectural and administrative problems.

Standard operating procedures remain unavailable.

Meet the Team

More than 60 colleagues, contractors and corporate entities are waiting for technical assistance.

Some are ordinary people dealing with broken laptops and forgotten passwords. Others include a Senior Poet, an HR department with religious ambitions, employees who appear in multiple locations simultaneously and several individuals whose personnel files predate the building.

Every major character has custom hand-drawn and painted artwork, branching dialogue and their own relationship with the office.

You will also work alongside V.E.R.A., the company’s artificial intelligence assistant.

V.E.R.A. monitors your performance, provides guidance and helps you navigate the growing number of irregularities inside Nexus Systems. She is friendly, attentive and deeply invested in your continued employment.

Please avoid asking why she knows your name.

From a Browser Build to the Full Game

I uploaded the first public build of I.T. Never Ends to itch.io around eight months ago.

It was a strange browser experiment filled with placeholder art, unfinished systems and a lot of - frankly - janky stuff. Art was lackluster, meters were unbalanced and VERA didn't even exist... But the core humor of the game was kind of starting to peak through, and was enough to keep the wheels turning. It's been a trip.

Since then, tens of thousands of people have played the demo across itch.io and Steam. Players submitted bug reports, suggested tickets, voted on the final price, joined the Discord and repeatedly discovered ways to break systems I had considered unbreakable.

The game grew enormously because people kept showing up for it.

Today, that experiment becomes a complete game.

Thank You

Thank you to everyone who played the early builds, joined the beta, reported bugs, submitted feedback, streamed the demo, discussed theories, voted on the price or shared the game with someone else.

Thank you to the voice actors, musicians, testers and community members who helped give this office its personality.

I have spent the last eight months writing, drawing, coding and occasionally arguing with save systems to get I.T. Never Ends ready for release. Seeing people connect with this strange little corporate nightmare has made the entire experience worthwhile.

I hope you enjoy your first shift.

Stay productive,Stefan
