The office got bigger. The callbacks got sharper. VERA got louder. MacOS got supported! It’s been one month since I.T. Never Ends launched, and thousands of people have now spent tens of thousands of hours doing IT support in hell. The reviews have been genuinely wonderful, and seeing so many players, streamers, IT nerds, and fellow sufferers take to the game has made me incredibly happy. Truly. Thank you to everyone who has played, streamed, reviewed, reported bugs, or simply told somebody else about the game. To celebrate the first month, I’ve put together a big content patch: new story arcs, endings, music, achievements, artwork, and plenty of callbacks, alongside fixes and improvements for some of the rougher edges. MacOS
MacOS is now supported and you should be able to play on any silicon-based device.Story

  • Two new veteran arcs: The First Admin and Chronos (Temporal Maintenance), each with multiple endings (including secrets)

  • The Void arrives late-game with a batch of new tickets

  • Paperclip returns with post-automation follow-ups (and a growing rivalry with VERA)

  • Stronger story callbacks across tickets, devices, Edgar, productivity stories, and b-plots

  • Keycard Complaints expands with a new finale branch

  • Clearer post-ARCHIVE-7 play: primary narrative completion screen + new CEO epilogue commentary

Replay & Endings

  • Missed endings can resurface through arc replays with text that remembers your prior choices

  • Ending archive refusals: already-unlocked endings can’t be claimed again

  • Veteran runs more actively push unfinished core endings

  • 6 new achievements (First Admin & Chronos endings)

Art & Music

  • New portraits: Chronos, The Void, The First Admin; refreshed Dave and gave him actual shoulders. He looks better. He says he feels better.

  • New ending art and achievement icons

  • 3 new soundtrack tracks from Emil Bartels: All Hail the Stapler King, Coffee Break, Microcosm Never Ends

VERA

  • Day 2 wellness tutorial is now fully voiced by VERA

  • More Paperclip ↔ VERA office politics

Balance & Polish

  • Entropy rebalance across tickets and boosters

  • Ticket text clarity pass

  • Redaction minigame softlock fix

  • Expanded spam inbox + assorted narrative polish

Keep working. The tickets aren’t done with you.
